I am a professional graphic designer with an AAS Degree in Communication Art & Design from Alexandria Technical and Community College (ATCC) in Alexandria, MN.
Besides getting a degree later in life, I am also a mother, grandmother, recording artist and musician, YouTuber, community and church volunteer, homesteader, and teacher of many things. I have traveled to and lived in various places.
At the end of the day, though…creative is what I am.
I inherited this original website in 2015 to do maintenance work and have kept in touch over the years. Last year that old site got hacked and we needed to re-build everything. I installed a temporary site until I could devote the time needed to create a newer, stronger website that had all John wanted to appeal to his customers.
I love meeting people who come to me by word of mouth. Another client referred Enos to me and he was a pleasure to work with—very patient, too, because I ran into quite a few issues with transferring his hosting and domain. In the end, he has a site that he’s pleased with and I like how it came together.
Amy came to me with a favorite picture her grandmother gave her of this sweet girl in a heritage dress. She really wanted a logo designed from this image for her flower garden business, but had no idea of what direction to go. After many starts and stops, she fell in love with this vintage-style logo and feels it represents her heart. Amy, this was really fun to work on!
Venturing into new territory with quantum biofeedback therapy, this site is infused with beautiful photos to offset a lot of technical content. The blog feature used for articles was an afterthought but has worked out well for this owner. I really like using the collapsible lists!
